Baguio Grade 10 student commended for honesty

HONESTY, UPRIGHTNESS, AND INTEGRITY – Ronald P. Alban, a grade 10 student of Pines City National High School found a small ziplock plastic containing money with an amount of P13,236.00 without any owner’s information or identification. He sought assistance and turned over the money to the barangay officials at GEFA Lower QM Barangay where he resides. The money was returned to its rightful owner through the efforts of the barangay officials. Mr. Alban’s honesty, uprightness, and integrity was commended during the Monday Flag Raising ceremony at the Baguio City Hall grounds by the City Government of Baguio represented by Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan with members of the City Council.
