Mr. Rodolfo Manalo Jr. who is the driver of Collin John Taxi with plate number IAC 2390, returned a backpack to its rightful owner which was accidentally left behind inside his taxi on January 6, 2022. The City Government of Baguio is proud that there are still honest individuals wherein honesty is one of the fundamental pillars of a character city. He was recognized and commended by Mayor Benjamin Magalong together with Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and members of the city council during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Baguio City Hall Grounds.
